Dr. Mohammed Said Hassan


Dr. Mohammed Said Hassan, a UK-trained and educated Training and Development Consultant, has more than 22 years of experience teaching in the areas of business administration, public administration, entrepreneurship, leadership, human resources management, warehouse and supply chain management, Lean 6 Sigma, sales, marketing, and customer service, among others. During his last 100 trainings, he educated close to 12 thousand trainees of multiple nationalities and in a wide array of languages.

For nine years, Dr. Said Hassan served as Academic Dean and General Director of Training and Development for the National Engineering Service & Maintenance Association (NESMA) in Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for training the more than 12,000 employees of the organization’s 48 member companies. He also headed Saudi Arabia’s branch of the US-based American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), a global leading provider of training for professionals in the hospitality management sector. Currently, he works as Manager for the Management Training & Consultation Department at Future Experts Consultancy Company, one the largest educational and training companies in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Said Hassan obtained both an MA and PhD from the University of Durham’s School of Education in the UK where he focused on bilingualism, interculturalism, education management, policies, leadership, and education research in the hospitality management industry. Additionally, he has been certified as an HR Consultant, Training Consultant, and Trainer of Trainers (TOT) by both Harvard Professional University in the US and Oxford International College in the UK.
