He has been occasionally advising bodies such as Asian Development Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank on the development of repo markets in Asia and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard is the author of the &#8216;Guide to Best Practice in the European Repo Market&#8217;, Repo FAQs and &#8216;Recommendations on Reporting under SFTR&#8217; published by ICMA, for whom, he also does some courses on repo and the GMRA, as well as the semi-annual survey of the European repo market.
