Participants will receive their own individual risk type assessment based on psychometric testing that will help to illustrate how different people react to the same situation in different ways, and how these varying human responses represent a risk to the organisation – individually and collectively.

Participants will also become aware of how to manage these risks by minimising threats and maximising opportunities, whilst also being introduced to a people-risk management framework to support operationalisation of key learnings.
