Graham Dix joins LGCA as General Manager

Graham Dix joins London Governance & Compliance Academy (LGCA), a leading training provider in the UK specialising in risk, governance and compliance, as a General Manager.

Graham brings more than 25 years of learning & development, training and business development experience in the financial services sector.

LGCA offers up to date, accredited courses, including more than 200+ courses on governance, risk, compliance and technology per year within our Group.  LGCA use advanced educational techniques and a state-of-the-art technology in a highly engaging and interactive learning experience, integrating seamlessly and securely with in-house platforms.

Graham will be leading the LGCA team to further develop LGCA’s specialised training solutions in the area of GRC and beyond, bringing onboard depth of experience and expertise. LGCA’s trademark bespoke solutions will be enriched by Graham’s impressive experience in providing customised B2B solutions that not only seek to meet  regulatory and operational targets, but also address and improve skills and behaviours necessary for the future.

Graham joins LGCA from ACA Compliance (Europe) Ltd. where he served as Manager, Training Solutions from September 2015 to February 2020.  At ACA, Graham grew the training business by increasing the client users, enhancing the provision of the programs as well as delivering training courses to clients and to the wider financial services sector via the classroom as well as online.  Prior to that, Graham worked at CCL, from 2006 to 2015 where he developed training course material and provided support and training.
