Refund and Delivery Policy

Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on LGCA can be refunded within 14 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply, and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

Learners are entitled to a 14-day refund period as long they did not activate the license of their registered course.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

No refund will be provided by LGCA after a license to access a working version of any of our online courses has been activated.

While our 14-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors and brand from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule.

If all or part of the course content was viewed or downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Delivery policy

All courses are accessed online. Access will be provided to the courses immediately after they are purchased or within 24 working hours of receipt of cleared funds during business hours or next business day if purchased on a weekend – you will be notified by email.

Course License

A licence is 6 months’ continued access to a single course, for a single user, at any time.
