Terms and Conditions
The full amount of the seminar/course participation fee is due upon acceptance of your registration by the LGCA. If you fail to settle your invoice prior the commencement of the seminar/course, LGCA reserves the right to cancel/withdraw your registration and decline your participation to the course/seminar. Furthermore, LGCA reserves the right to proceed with legal actions for damages should you fail to settle the invoice up to one month from the commencement of the seminar/course.
Participating individuals or companies may be able to request a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is made no less than five (5) days from the commencement date of the seminar/course. Participants who fail to attend the seminar/course without any prior notification, will be eligible for the full tuition fee and may be subject to legal actions as per above.
LGCA is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your personal information is being used to administer your affairs with us. We want to also use your contact information with the purpose of keeping you up to date about our services and to share any other content that may be of interest to you when you subscribe to our services (mailing list).
