Terms and Conditions
The full amount of the seminar/course participation fee is due upon acceptance of your registration by the LGCA. If you fail to settle your invoice prior to the commencement of the seminar/course, LGCA reserves the right to cancel/withdraw your registration and decline your participation to the course/seminar. Furthermore, LGCA reserves the right to proceed with legal actions for damages should you fail to settle the invoice up to one month from the commencement of the seminar/course.
A participant has a right to apply for a refund for an e-Learning course within 72 hours of purchase, provided that they have not accessed their course materials. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND if they have accessed their course material or communicated with any course tutors.
Refund requests in conformity with the above are to be addressed to the LGCA Support Team at email@example.com citing the Participant’s name, e-mail address, the title of the course they would like refunded, and the date of the purchase.
LGCA is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your personal information is being used to administer your affairs with us. We want to also use your contact information with the purpose of keeping you up to date about our services and to share any other content that may be of interest to you when you subscribe to our services (mailing list). You can unsubscribe at anytime.
