Tim Farmer

Tim is a clinical expert with over 25 years’ experience of working with people with reduced capacity, cognition and mental health He is a multi-award-winning author and expert witness specialising in the assessment of mental capacity and financial vulnerability. He is a member of the leadership team for the National Mental Capacity Forum as well as a subject matter expert for the Vulnerability Taskforce and an active member of various industry vulnerability working groups such as APCC and TISA. He has worked as a consultant for a number of large financial organisations and networks and regularly delivers training to legal, health and financial professionals in relation to the assessment of mental capacity and financial vulnerability.
