Ogunbodede Olubanke, Expert of GRC & FinCrime Advisory Services, The Morgans Consortium, Nigeria

Olubanke Ogunbodede, CRA, PAGRC, is a Senior Consultant, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Financial Crime Prevention Advisory.


She is a highly detail-oriented GRC professional with over 16 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention and Business Development.


At THE MORGANS, she is responsible for leading the design and placement of risk management along with regulatory compliance programs to mitigate company exposure and transfer appropriate levels of risk.


She is a Certified Risk Analyst (CRA), she has a certification in ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System), and also has a post graduate certificate in Business Administration from the University of Roehampton in the UK. She has also attended several courses such as Managing Risks in Financial Institutions from the Lagos Business School.


She championed the first ever GRC & FinCrime Prevention Awards in Nigeria, an initiative to reward excellence, create awareness, while also encouraging improvement and efficiency in the GRC & Financial Crime Prevention space within Financial Institutions in Nigeria.


Dr. Enoch Foluso Amusa, Managing Director, The Morgans Consortium, Nigeria

British-Nigerian serial entrepreneur, Dr. Enoch Foluso Amusa (PhD., FICA, FIIM, FARGC), is the Founder and Managing Director of THE MORGANS Consortium, a conglomerate of firms that specialize in proffering a diverse range of bespoke services to their clients with headquarters in the United Kingdom and an office in Nigeria.


With over twenty-five years of using his acquired experience, knowledge, and skillset to build a reputable name in the UK finance, IT, and management space, Dr. Foluso ventured into entrepreneurship with the singular aim of helping clients address gaps in meeting the everchanging regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. This entrepreneurial drive was inspired by the dire need to proffer advisory solutions in several industries. Above all, creating a positive impact in society through advisory services and technological innovation remains his overall inspiration.


He holds numerous degrees in different relevant fields. He has a Computer Networks and Communication degree from the University of Westminster, an MBA in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, and a well-deserved PhD in GRC and Fin Crime Prevention from Atlantic International University.


He has also attained the much-coveted statuses of Fellow with IIM (Institute of Information Management) and New Fellow with ICA (International Compliance Association), as well as the honour of becoming a Fellow of AGRC (The Association of Governance, Risk and Compliance).


Excluding his incumbent role as the founder and managing director of THE MORGANS Consortium and all of her many subsidiaries, Dr. Foluso also plays key management roles as member of the Board of Trustees of Relate UK and  The Marie Trust and also as a Board Advisor for ACFCS Nigeria.


Mateo Jarrin Cuvi, Global Manager for Partners & Media, The Association of Governance, Risk & Compliance, UK

During his 20-year career, Mateo Jarrin Cuvi has played important roles in a wide array of industries, eventually landing in the financial services sector where he has focused on content creation and management.


After dabbling in the oil and gas field, managing media relations for the Venezuelan Embassy in Washington DC, and working as a program manager for a Cypriot study abroad firm, Mateo served as Content Manager for Taxlinked, an international network for tax and law professionals, and Content Writer for FXPRIMUS, a Forex broker with a strong presence in southeast Asia. Today, he leads the charge for the Association of Governance, Risk & Compliance (AGRC) as Global Manager for Partners and Media.


Mateo holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia (UVA) and an MA in Latin American Studies with a focus on Anthropology from the University of California in San Diego (UCSD). Plus, he’s a budding writer who has published fiction, food and wine articles and other travel-related pieces in several local and global publications.
