Innovation. Business development.
The use of those words in recent years is so widespread that one might assume they’re nothing more than buzz words used by anyone who wants to be something. But nothing could be further from the truth than this misassumption.
In the global, highly competitive and fast-moving business environment we live in today, businesses can’t expect to generate increased profits over time, expand into new markets or reach new markets, without allocating resources and investing in innovation.
In this webinar we will discuss what do innovation and business development really mean and how the two could work when intertwined.
When the plan is made, at least in broad terms, the strategies should interact in order to achieve business goals and create and maintain customer attractiveness in the relevant market.
Each can and should be regarded as separate strategies when building the plan.
