Terms and Conditions | The full amount of the seminar/course participation fee is due upon acceptance of your registration by the LGCA. If you fail to settle your invoice prior the commencement of the seminar/course, LGCA reserves the right to cancel/withdraw your registration and decline your participation to the course/seminar. Furthermore, LGCA reserves the right to proceed with legal actions for damages should you fail to settle the invoice up to one month from the commencement of the seminar/course. Participating individuals or companies may be able to request a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is made no less than five (5) days from the commencement date of the seminar/course. Participants who fail to attend the seminar/course without any prior notification, will be eligible for the full tuition fee and may be subject to legal actions as per above.
